Scott Levy is the Co-Founder of Two Nomads, LLC an advisory firm focused on strategy, mentorship, and investment in early-stage tech, sports and entertainment, and web3 companies. Two Nomads also advises PE, VC and consulting companies on global and regional investments and acquisitions.

Scott formed the company in partnership with his wife and they operate nomadically traveling the world connecting with people, culture and history. He is also currently a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company.​

Prior to establishing Two Nomads, Scott was Executive Vice President & Managing Director of NBA Asia. Scott was responsible for the development and expansion of the NBA’s branding and basketball initiatives in Asia-Pacific. Scott directed all of NBA Asia and NBA India’s business groups, including media distribution, marketing, sponsorship, merchandising, events, digital media, and gaming.​

During his tenure, the league dramatically expanded its local partnerships in Asia-Pacific, resulting in more than 460 retail locations and e-commerce sites, multiple new media and marketing partnerships, the launch of the Jr. NBA across Southeast Asia, and amassing more than 35 million followers from Asia across the league’s social media accounts.

From 2006 to 2009, Scott ran his own consulting company, MJ Global Sports and Media Inc. He previously worked for the NBA for 10 years and left as Senior Vice President, International Television and Marketing Partnerships. During his tenure, Scott helped grow broadcast distribution for NBA programming to more than 200 countries and 40 languages. Under his leadership, the NBA launched many new content offerings internationally, including NBA TV, the league’s 24-hour network.​

Prior to beginning his first NBA stint in 1996, Scott traveled extensively across Europe and Asia with his wife. He is on the Board of Up2Us Sports, a national service organization working at the grassroots level to address some of the most pressing issues facing youth across the country today.  Scott is also an Advisor to Life After Justice, a nonprofit organization that battles injustice for the wrongfully convicted and supports them in reclaiming their lives. In 2022, Scott and his wife established and now administer Who’s On First, a donor-advised fund focused on education in disadvantaged communities and social justice. He has competed in multi-sport and adventure races, including the New York and Ho Chi Minh City Marathons, Oxfam Japan 100km Trailwalker and many triathlons and obstacle-course races raising funds for Fred’s Team and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Ilene has a long career in the non-profit sector as a Board Director, volunteer and employee.  With over three decades of non-profit leadership experience, she has helped people and organizations find better ways to operate and to develop systems and processes to make the change they wish to see in the world and in their communities.

Born and raised in New York, Ilene began her non-profit career in conference management working at the American Lung Association, Society of Nuclear Medicine and the National Hemophilia Foundation prior to moving to Hong Kong with her family in 2009. Ilene was Chair of the Board of the American Club Foundation, which she helped to create in 2019 to support Hong Kong communities in need through grants, volunteering and educational programs. Additionally, she was a leader and mentor for the American Women’s Association Charitable Donations Committee and served as President of the Hong Kong International School’s Booster Club, a parent organization. Her experience in managing, motivating and leading teams, mentoring future leaders, fundraising, grant giving and board leadership taught her the power of volunteering and that we can be strongest together.

Ilene is currently serving as Co-Chair of the Strategic Planning committee for Life After Justice, an exoneree led non-profit organization that battles injustice and supports wrongfully convicted individuals and empowers them to reclaim their lives. In addition, Ilene serves on the Board and as a member of the Governance Committee of Volunteer New York! whose mission is to mobilize our community to address its greatest challenges. Their motto of Connect. Serve. Grow. is close to her heart.

Previously, A lifelong learner who enjoys exploring the world, Ilene’s natural ability to connect with others helps her to build a community wherever she calls home. Together with her husband Scott, she started Two Nomads, LLC in 2022, a vehicle that allows them to continue to use their diverse skills to help people and organizations achieve their desired goals and business growth while living as digital nomads. She also manages a charitable fund with her family to support causes that are important to them.

She loves to hike, ski, explore the world with her husband and two adult sons and to express her creative side through art and writing.
